Histogram MACD

Histogram MACD is simply a visual representation of the difference between the MACD and signal line. The point where the bars cross above and below is the centerline. A trade signal is received when the MACD crosses the signal line. Traders can enter positions following the direction of MACD Overbought/Oversold. The MACD crossover is a straight-forward indicator that provides precise timing for entry points. When a significant trend developes, the MACD would alert you on how to capture majority of the move.
